SEVNMAIN – Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Overview

At SEVNMAIN (Pty) Ltd, we aim to deliver every order quickly, reliably, and with care.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped exclusively through The Courier Guy within South Africa.

We currently do not offer international shipping, but plan to expand globally in the near future.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

  1.  Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: R90 on all orders under R500.

  • Free Shipping: Orders above R500 qualify for free delivery.

All orders are shipped from our central fulfilment point in Gauteng using The Courier Guy network.

 

 

  1.  Delivery Timeframes

  • Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town): 1–3 business days

  • Outlying and Rural Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times begin once your parcel has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier scheduling, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

 

 

  1.  Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment has been received and verified.
During high-volume periods (e.g., new collection drops, holiday campaigns, or sales), processing times may extend by 1–2 days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email and SMS from us so you can monitor your parcel in real time.

 

 


  1. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
SEVNMAIN will not be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect details, a R90 re-delivery fee will be charged.

 

 

  1.  Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@sevnmain.co.za
